In the “Living Trusts-Revocable and Irrevocable” Chapter 9, page 100 in the first edition books and Chapter 10, page 65 in the second edition books, there is a heading “Getting Married” that has been changed to emphasize the importance of bookkeeping as far as using a revocable trust to protect existing assets from marital claims by a new spouse. It now reads as follows:
