The first edition of Not Dead Yet so plan your estate was published in 2016 and updated each year thereafter through the 2019 printing. In 2024, a second edition came out with an all-new graphic novel, that was quickly superseded by a third edition updated in 2026. Following are three major changes between the first edition and the latest iteration of NDY.

  1. “Living Trusts-Revocable and Irrevocable” (Chapter 9, page 100 in the first edition books and Chapter 10, page 65 in the second edition books) there is a heading “Getting Married” that has been changed to emphasize the  importance of bookkeeping as far as using a revocable trust to segregate existing assets from a new spouse: INSERT LINK TO PAGE 65 OF NEW EDITION
  2. “Disclaimer” (Chapter 14, pages 144-147 in the first edition books and Chapter 13 in the second edition books pages 95-98) have been replaced by entirely new text: INSERT LINK TO PAGES 93-9) OF NEW EDITION
  3. “Estate, Gift and Generation-Skipping Taxes” (Chapter 20 in the first edition books and Chapter 9 in the second and third edition books) has been rewritten in its entirety: INSERT LINK TO PAGES 57-60 OF NEW EDITION
